POSITION REPORTS TO: Building Principal

COMPENSATION: PER PEA MASTER AGREEMENT Plus $2,500 signing Bonus

DURATION: 185 Days

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

To create a flexible elementary or secondary program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with students; to motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for upper elementary grade education in accordance with each student’s ability; to establish good relationships with parents and other staff members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Bachelor’s degree of related subject from accredited university

 Michigan Elementary Teaching Certificate

 Experience is preferred but not necessary for hiring

Pay: $38,380.00 - $61,160.00 per year
