  EMPLOYEE RELATIONS CONSULTANT NEEDED ASAP | COLUMBIA, SC | $30-$35 Pay (W2 + 1.5x OT) | CONTACT TO HIRE

  • Start Date: ASAP. Client would like to have someone start by 11/28
  • Duration: 6 Months, then conversion to Full Time
  • Location: Hybrid | 1 Day Onsite in Columbia, SC
  • Pay: $30-$35/hour + 1.5X Overtime | $60,000-$65,000 Base Salary after Full-Time conversion

  This is an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to a growing HR team as an Employee Relations Consultant with one of our clients in the Columbia, SC Market.

  As an Employee Relations Consultant, you will work on social media for the company and do prep work for trade show and client events, and working on Employee Recognition Projects! This role is contract to hire for the ideal candidate; who will have a BA in business, marketing, or human resources with 2-3 years’ experience doing marketing, event planning, and employee engagement projects!

  If you love building brand awareness on social media, have strong attention to detail for company events and enjoy working with HR on specialty projects for employees... this is the position for you!
