Role & Responsibility

• Conduct investigations in response to a range of employee relations concerns, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, and other violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Communicate regularly regarding pending investigations and provides timely investigation reports with supporting documentation for all completed investigations
• Use effective interviewing and documentation techniques and utilize the designated case management tool for tracking and recording cases
• Partner with Legal team in conducting investigations and HR leaders to provide counsel and facilitate prompt and effective resolution of workplace concerns
• Create and update HR policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations; conduct trainings on compliance with policies and procedures
• Identifies, analyze, and recommends solutions for various human resources problems within the area of specialization, monitoring implementation of agreed upon actions until the problem has been solved

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Human Resource Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive human resources experience
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, statutes, which govern employment policies and practices
• Thorough understanding and application of internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices and standards
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
