As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Talent Acquisition team at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home™ by identifying and attracting top talent to fulfill the needs of the organization across all levels and locations.

As our Employer Branding Specialist, you will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition to understand talent acquisition priorities and goals to best recommend innovative marketing solutions. Working closely with multiple departments across the business, this position will collaborate on and promote West Shore Home initiatives which showcase us as employer of choice.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

• Manage all @WorkAtWestShore social channels (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and identify new channels that can be leveraged to connect and engage with potential applicant pools.
• Oversee paid digital advertising campaigns using Meta Business Suite and other social Ads Manager platforms by monitoring & optimizing performance.
• Develop editorial content calendars that proactively plan social campaigns which promote our culture, core values, employee stories, company events & initiatives, and open recruiting requisitions.
• Design graphic, video, and other social content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other tools.
• Compose advertising copy for all requisitions in alignment with the brand's voice, and audit job ads across all job board platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business, or Human Resources OR commensurate experience in social media marketing and recruiting.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools.
• Experience running paid search campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social advertising platforms.
