Witco is seeking an Employment Specialist to join our Community Employment Team. The Specialist will work closely with Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation providing job development and employment support services to people with disabilities.

SUMMARY:

The Employment Specialist develops relationships with local employers, identifies employment opportunities for program participants, guides enrollees through job application and onboarding processes, and provides case management services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Undergraduate Degree in in human services field, mental health, social services, business or equivalent work experience in disability services, or employment services, or social services.
• Familiarity with the local Treasure Valley job market.
• Criminal History clearance, employment references, and pre-hire drug screen.
• Valid driver's license/ vehicle insurance and a clean driving record
• Ability to lead, inspire, motivate team members
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet navigation
• Training in behavior management.

SUPERIOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with state and government agencies
• 1-2 years of Personnel Management Experience preferred
• Experience with budget/expense processes
