The Role: Engagement & Operations Manager COS
This role will establish operational excellence across the Commercial Solutions Organization, ensuring that the business is run smoothly and activities are correctly prioritized and implemented.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with all aspects of the business, at all levels of the organization, on strategic initiatives working in Commercial Solutions Chief Operating Office.
You will act as a central point of coordination for the Commercial Solutions leadership team processes and activities, ensuring the leadership team always has a current view of progress across the organization.
Plan and direct operational activities for Commercial Solutions including Town Halls, Leadership team meetings and off-sites, employee initiatives & events, charitable giving, etc.
Coordinate key external events and initiatives, including customer conferences, sponsorship events, industry forums, speaking engagements, etc with marketing, communications, and sales enablement
Design and manage operating routines to optimize information flow (huddles, MBRs, status update briefings, QBRs, ELT)
Manage the business performance scorecard to monitor KPIs and assess need / areas requiring support across the organization
Oversee annual budget and investment planning ensuring business cases are reviewed, approved and monitored
Drive execution of business action items effectively identifying where resource prioritization is needed to deliver intended result

NYC Salary Range: $119,000 - $185,000
