- Education: Minimum H.S. or GED
- Experience: 5 yrs Minimum preferred
- License/Certification Required: 3rd Class Stationary Engineer’s License Minimum; R4 Refrigeration License Preferred.
- Skills: Understanding of the operation of Boilers and Chillers and all systems associated with steam, Water, Natural Gas, Oil and Electrical. Should have strong Mechanical skills and a variety of other skills such as Piping, Electrical, and Welding.
