Who You Are
Interested in assisting with the development of Engineering Teams?

As an Engineering Program Lead, you will work with the Engineering Program Manager to guide training efforts and act as project lead for apprentice and intern-level developers. You would also be required to learn a developer training curriculum in-depth and guide teams through that curriculum. In-person training will also be a requirement. They will need to coordinate with the EPM to evaluate ongoing training progresses and communicate statuses with project leaders. Strong knowledge of the fundamental programming concepts and their implementations in different technologies will be essential.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in creating or evolving engineering programs.
  • Lead engineers through debugging and researching solutions practices.
  • Guide teams through a training curriculum.
  • Deliver curriculum material and review with developers.
  • Work with a support team to assess and communicate status.
  • Implementing an evaluation platform to track progress.
  • Document and communicate progress with program leadership.
  • Break down assignments and share resources for team members to build skills.
  • Lead projects for team members.
  • Communicate with tutors and mentors of team members.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related degree.
  • 2 – 4+ years of experience as a software developer in a technical environment.
  • Knowledge of standard programming tools and processes, including IDEs, Git, Terminals, Package Managers, and Task Management software.
  • Experience with front-end web technologies.
  • Strong understanding of interactive application architecture.
  • Knowledge of technologies needed for development tools and communication.
  • Mentorship/training experience, preferred.
