An Engineering Support Specialist job in Gratz, PA is available at MI Windows and Doors. This position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of Bills of Material (BOM) in MI's DataWorks ERP system. The pay range is from $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. Engineering Support Specialist job responsibilities include:

· Compile, review and update engineering requests, authorizations, changes, and communication activities

· Use engineering requests to create and update Bill of Materials (BOM)

· Manage multiple Bill of Materials and their costs

· Review all manufacturing documentation prior to releasing, ensuring compliance to administrative and engineering requirements

· Works closely with users of systems to resolve issues, provide training, and communicate status of requests/issues

· Coordinate with stakeholders of multiple departments to ensure project requirements and time bound activities are being met

Qualifications:

· Working towards Engineering Degree preferred, minimum a High School degree

· Understanding of document control and able to conform to document retention standards

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Self-starter who is positive minded, intuitive, and professional

· Experience in manufacturing or MI Windows product knowledge a plus!
