ENROLLMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS

Medical Delivery Services, an SDS-rx company, is a leading nationwide courier company, specializing in the transport of nuclear medicine. We are expanding and growing our staff! We have new Enrollment Assistants opportunities in our Tampa, FL office. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team!
Hourly Rate: $19.00
Shifts Available:
11am to 11pm – Monday – Thursday (evening shift)
10am to 9pm – Friday – Monday (weekend shift)
Responsibilities:
- Placing Ads
- Following up with prospective drivers
- Answering incoming calls
- Making outbound calls
- Email response incoming/outgoing
- Excellent communication skills verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Organizational, data entry, documentation skills
- Time management
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software applications
- Problem Solving
Minimum Qualifications
- Must pass the Drug Test
- 1 year of relevant work experience
