Responsibilities and Duties:
Performs and supports the following tasks under the direction of the ERP Applications Administrator:- Development and maintenance of ERP applications for CRM, Accounting/Finance, and Project/Resource Management.
- Become a partner and collaborator with the various business teams to help build and strengthen the ERP application.
- Management of the ERP application, working with end-users to define, configure and implement processes in support of business objectives.
- Manage workflows and interfaces between the various modules of the ERP application and the internal custom applications.
- Support user processing, questions and troubleshooting of issues
- Support and manage implementation, timing, testing and coordination of ERP application upgrades
- Manage security, user roles, employee assignments and accessibility of data within the application.
- Analyzes and evaluates ERP system processes for new and enhanced functionality and efficiencies
- Supports development of new business processes within the ERP application.
- Other duties as assigned based on business needs: i.e., special projects, Enhancements etc.
- Serves as a liaison between functional and technical resources
- Front line support for helpdesk and troubleshooting when elevated to ERP analyst level
- Manage documentation for system support
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business or Accounting
- 5 years or more of related experience in ERP application support
