Job Details:

• Independently manage the hiring and recruitment of skilled and sought-after healthcare professionals
• Provide solutions to your client’s urgent and critical staffing shortages
• Competitively negotiate contracts
• Create and maintain relationships
• Achieve and exceed sales and recruitment goals

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills along with a proven ability to negotiate
• Display a high level of written and oral communication skills
• Team player that functions well in a collaborative environment
• Has a strong work ethic, drive, GRIT and a love for sales.
