Here at Champion Installs, our team works nationwide to remodel, reset, and set new stores. We are looking for a full time recruiter to build our talent of Champions. We are looking for someone who is energetic, helpful, detail oriented, interested in seeing new employees succeed and show genuine interest in the building and development of a team. This position is on site and is full time Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, schedule is subject to change. This person will report to the HR manager and work alongside the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Job Summary:
Supports the human resources processes by conducting video interviews and reviewing resumes. Support the Talent Acquisition specialist with maintaining job postings, keep up to date with all company policies and expectations.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the business to ensure accurate you are providing accurate information to applicants and employees.
- Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data.
- Partner with HR manager to update and create Job descriptions.
- Reach out to new hires regularly to ensure they are adjusting well to the position.
- Monitor progress of new employees.
- Provides general support to the HR Manager.

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and move supplies up to 25 pounds.
- Constant use of hands/arms throughout the work shift.
- Sitting at a desk constantly.
Work Conditions:
- The work will be performed in an indoor office environment.
- Equipment used: computer, phone, calculator, copier.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous human resource experience preferred.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently.
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work quality.
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through feedback.
- Ability to communicate and work well with customers and employees, utilizing good judgment and showing respect for others.
- Software proficiency a plus: Google Suite, MS Word and Excel, Monday, E Verify, I9 Everywhere.
