We are actively seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to join our team! This position will be assigned to 2nd shift: (core schedule Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm)

Job Position and Duties May Include:

• Supervise programs to ensure safe working conditions for associates
• Develop, implement and monitor safety training and ergonomics programs
• Coordinate and conduct post-incident investigations
• Determine Root Cause Analysis from post-incident investigations
• Coordinate with appropriate persons to develop countermeasures for incidents
• Maintain safety training records
• Champion hourly Associate Safety Committee
• Assist with Workers' Compensation claims and compliance
• Assist with OSHA recordkeeping, inspections, and compliance
• Conduct periodic safety and environmental training, such as: Lockout, Hazcom, Emergency Preparedness, Environmental Awareness, etc.
• Develop, implement and monitor records for Environmental, Safety and Emergency Preparedness
• Conduct routine audits for environmental and safety compliance
• Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MDS)
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous safety experience in an manufacturing environment, preferred
• Ability to repeatedly bend, stoop and twist throughout shift
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as required to meet business objectives
