What to expect: 1st shift: 7am-3pmPart time position based on 32 hours per week – currently 40 hoursOne weekend per month and rotating holidays are required The general responsibilities of the Environmental Services Worker include but are not limited to the following: Maintaining assigned resident, public, storage and administrative areas by performing general housekeeping duties including dusting and cleaning surfaces; removing trash and recyclables; cleaning restrooms, glass doors, windows and blinds; performing other duties as assignedMaintaining stock of departmental supplies, linen management, inventory distribution, stocking, and collectionProper utilization of equipment necessary for general floor maintenance (floor stripper, burnisher, automatic scrubber, full-size and hand-held carpet shampooers)Understanding and demonstrating proper use of safety practices The successful candidate will meet the following requirements: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a valid Wisconsin driver’s licenseUnderstand and effectively carry out oral and written instructionsAbility to operate specialized equipment necessary to perform job duties Applications will be accepted until positions have been filled.
