Equipment Scheduler - Full time

Level: Mid-Level

Annual Salary Range (based on experience): $80K+

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of supply chain and logistics experience.
  • Excellent planner and very organized.
  • Power user of Microsoft products (Excel, word)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP system
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or relevant experience, specialized diploma, or vocational training

What you will do:

  • You will be based out of Los Angeles, CA service center
  • Responsible for the selection of the most appropriate equipment that fulfils the need of the customer utilizing our technological resources
  • Collaborating with customer service representatives, Sales, and technicians in allocation of the fleet to the job
  • Partner with all other schedulers (Transport, fuel, rehire) for the successful completion of the projects
  • Develop and maintain direct lines of communication with all transport suppliers to ensure all requirements are met
  • Produce relevant performance monitoring data regarding On Time in Full and transport recoveries
  • Ensure compliance with Aggreko procedures including ISO, internal, external or PLC audits
  • Always ensure strict adherence to Aggreko’s QHSE policies and practices
