Unit4 ERP Architect

Remote – U.S. or Canada

SystemsAccountants has partnered with a cutting-edge higher education institution as we search for a Unit4 ERP Architect

This role can be fully remote. Eastern time zone preferred but open to candidates across the U.S.

Position Overview

The ERP Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day technical administration of Unit4 ERP (UBW/Agresso) as well the IT planning/oversight for Unit4 ERP. This includes ultimately being responsible for the current and long-term security, stability, and availability of Unit4 ERP.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day technical administration of Unit4 ERP

Create and implement a strategic plan for the ERP system that meets the needs and exceeds the expectations of all its UBW users

Take charge of our ERP’s priorities and work streams, tighten all ERP processes and practices for all teams, develop a strategic plan for the most-needed enhancements

Execute with a team of two analysts and consultants upon that plan

Partner with Finance and HR to execute (build and test) complex configuration requests, including defining and setting all user permissions

Oversee, develop, and prioritize product enhancement backlog and roadmap strategies and communications to ensure that the ERP meets the needs of all stakeholders

Define workflows for requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, all-staff training, and other common tasks

Basic/Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with large ERP software platforms; Unit4 Business World / Agresso experience preferred

Working knowledge of advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas) and SQL

Experience managing direct reports and project teams

Experience with a matrix or “dotted line” managerial structure

Degree in business, computer science, or engineering or a related discipline

Basic functional understanding of financeaccounting processes

Experience within higher education and/or non-profit is preferred
