Estimating Manager – High Base Salary and Great Work Environment

The Position: We’re looking for Estimating Manager. The pay range we’re offering is $115,000-$130,000.

• We offer 2 weeks paid vacation.
• We also offer a company laptop, private office, and company gym access.
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years commercial roofing estimating or project management experience
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have good understanding of Microsoft office products with specific skills in excel
• Must have the ability to manage and mentor a team of Estimators in the day-to-day tasks required within the department

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and create accountability within Estimating Department
• Ensure accurate scopes and costs are delivered timely on a project-by-project basis
• Communicate with management in weekly meetings to help progress the department’s effectiveness
