Radiant Plumbing & AC is looking for hard working and motivated people who want to get into the trades at the ground level... literally!!

So what is the job?

Basically, you will work with a team to dig trenches and backfill tunnels under customer homes so our plumbers can access their underground plumbing. It is a TOUGH job. Lots of it has to be done by hand. It requires:
10% luck
20% skill
15% concentrated power of will

It also requires the ability to:

• Self-motivate through long days of hauling dirt!
• Persevere through the elements
• Identify perceived safety hazards onsite and be proactive in preventing them
• Effectively communicate with Excavation Supervisors when issues arise
• Maintain company-provided vehicles and tools
• Maintain the safety of crew members at all times and prepare for emergency situations
• Switch off with others to remove excavated soil
• Maintain the dump site
• Present and maintain a clean driving record
• Conquer each day as a colossus of human strength and stamina!!
• Excavation or Construction experience is a plus but not required
