Executive Assistant (Bilingual Mandarin)
Job description
We are looking for a Bilingual Chinese Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support company’s CEO. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Responsibilities
- Be the right hand to the CEO, ready to take the reigns when needed.
- Coordinate with overseas manufacturers as needed
- Meet with business partners and investors - this will mean dinner meetings on nights and weekends. Hours will be adjusted accordingly.
- Perform B2B outreach to companies for collaboration
- Act as the point of contact among employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of other staff
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Organize and maintain the office filing system, and interview new hires
Requirements
- 2-6 years of relevant experience as an Executive's assistant, Operations manager, Project manager or related area.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Investment/employment
- Bilingual English/Chinese with strong communication and writing ability in English.
- Prefer to have a bachelor's degree.
- Experience in a tech company providing web-based services would be a plus
- Experience in real estate would be a plus
- Knowledge of Investment/employment immigration to the USA would be a plus (EB5/L1/E2/EB1)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
