Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Hybrid

Position: Full Time - Employee

Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday and weekend availability as needed

Accountability:

  • Morning Task/Checklist and check in with Travis
  • End of Day completion and check in with Travis
  • Attendance of regularly scheduled team meetings

Role:

Support The Living in Dallas Texas Team real estate business and agent attraction by implementing and continually improving client relationships and interacting with clients and service providers as an extension of The Living in Dallas Texas Team and its beliefs and values.

Initiative Required

95% of responsibilities are to be performed with minimal supervision. This position is the key for calendar management, email, tracking client interactions, following up with clients, appointment setting and other duties as needed.

Perform assigned duties in a professional, pleasant and efficient manner.

Flexibility is important, as interruptions will be constant

Must work well under pressure and with critical time frames

Must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple databases

Demonstrate good judgment and reasoning in handling daily activities

Demonstrate continued growth and proficiency in completing the tasks listed

Maintain the confidentiality of the company and activities of the sales team

Getting along with company managers, employees, sales associates and clients

Handling difficult situations with grace

Consistently showing the ability to recognize and deal with priorities before they become problems

Proactive problem solver

Maintain well-groomed professional appearance and mannerisms appropriate to greet clients and co-op professionals

Daily Tasks

Manage email accounts and calendars. Excellent organization skills required.

Calendar management - including accurate travel information, ensuring appointments are kept, and clients needs are met.

Maintain ongoing project/task list for the executive

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records

Research strategies for different social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google (others as needed)

Project management skills - ability to oversee content from creation to publication in an extremely timely and efficient manner

Continually stay ahead of trends & ensure all curated content is on cutting edge of developing trends

Develops and presents ideas for unique, original content

Responsible for finding, organizing, and presenting content by utilizing the appropriate avenues

Coordinating with other departments to obtain information or materials that are needed to create new content pieces

Conducting research to find new content ideas that are relevant to a specific audience or industry

Recommending changes to content so that it is more effective at achieving its purpose

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED

Real estate experience a plus

Social media management experience a plus

Previous executive assistant experience a plus

Producing experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,225.23 - $51,000.00 per year
