ABC Solutions is an approved state vendor with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and an Employment Network partner with the federal government through the "Your Ticket to Work" program offered by the Social Security Administration.

Qualifications:

High-level administrative support for a company leader to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. Highly adaptable critical thinker that is organized, detailed-oriented, with expert working knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products, need only to apply.

We are seeking passion-driven enrolled college or grad students in the field of Human Resources Management, MBA, or Human Services, with experience in conflict resolution, and a GPA of 3.4 and above.

The primary function of this position is working for the CEO who wears multiple hats and needs an assistant to be his right arm, while effectively overseeing his busy schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Support with the daily scheduling of appointments, tasks, data entry, phone calls, and follow-up on caseloads of Managing Partner.
  • Obtain status updates on clients cases from team leads
  • Work as the liaison for key stakeholders, employees, contractors, interns, and administrative staff.
  • Act as liaison for CEO and team leads
  • Daily use of company digital platforms, for uses with the phone, email, and messaging.
  • Perform research and administrative support for administrative staff with the expert use of MS Office,
  • A quick study to familiarize the use of company-wide used apps and products
  • Check voicemail and disseminate messages to appropriate team members.
  • Administrative support will create and modify various documents using the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Review and update the Managing Partner's weekly calendar.
  • Assist with preparation of special events, seminars, webinars, and lunch and learn.
  • Display professionalism in all environments to represent the face of the company as the Brand Ambassador.

This is a temp job for the first thirty (30) days trial period to ensure the right placement. The trial period will be 15 hours per week for four (4) consecutive weeks, and a one-month stipend of two hundred dollars ($200.00). The position will then change to permanent part-time hours. Time range: 10 am - 3 pm or 12 pm - 5 pm. Rate $10p/hr 15 hr per week. Overtime must be pre-approved.
