In the role of an Executive Assistant at Tailored Management, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administration support to our Vice President of Human Resources. Every day, you will work directly within a team of 10 caring, accountable, high performing HR team members while collaborating with all levels and departments of our organization. This role reports to the Manager of Administration.

As an Executive Assistant at Tailored Management, you are responsible for providing high volume calendar, email, and meeting management for our Vice President of Human Resources. You will provide meeting management support by organizing/scheduling meetings, creating agendas, note-taking, and communicating meeting recaps, deliverables, and follow-ups.

Some core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • You will manage cadence of 1:1’s with direct team members and attending as necessary
  • You will be responsible for tracking, compiling, and completing assigned deliverables for/with VP of Human Resources
  • You will manage due dates, deliverables, responses and follow-up for various HR projects and initiatives to ensure efficient execution and timely completion
  • You will create and manage HR department strategic communications for internal and external associates
  • You will support internal HR administrative tasks and audits within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), E-Verify, benefits, and our recognition, engagement and pay it forward program
  • You will collaborate with our internal Talent Acquisition function to support interview, onboarding and orientation requests and deliverables as needed
  • You will be responsible for quick turnaround on assigned daily and/or weekly scheduled reports, including reports as needed
  • You will assist with other miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned by Manager of Administration

  • You possess experience supporting a high volume of deliverables in an Executive Assistant or related support capacity while working with multiple administrative systems, marketing tools, and communication resources
  • You possess a high level of emotional intelligence, personal accountability, and self-awareness while interacting with all levels of the organization
  • You love people! You are an extraordinarily patient and positive individual who enjoys working in an in-office setting collaborating with team members in person as needed or requested
  • You love working on multiple projects at once. You thrive when busy in an ever-evolving, high volume, agile business environment because it allows you the ability to showcase your superior organizational, task management, and self-management skills and strategies
  • You are proficient at Microsoft Outlook tips and tricks for high volume calendar and email management
  • You have a strong level of experience working within Google Docs and Microsoft Excel including the ability to quickly utilize the function library, understand and create formulas, perform V and H Lookups, and organize data and spreadsheets in a meaningful and comprehensive manner

Pay: $55,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
