KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for maintaining the region(s) real estate portfolios. Manages both internal and external resources in support of projects of varying complexity. Develop and implement new projects, policies, and procedures to meet global real estate goals. Provide strategic direction for functional areas of responsibility.
  • Proactively drive portfolio transformation and optimization.
  • Work with senior business leaders to develop and execute global real estate strategy.
  • Develop and analyze financial analysis for complex real estate projects.
  • Drive seamless integration of real estate operations through a third-party service partner to ensure program delivery across all functions – transaction management, capital projects, workplace strategy, facility management, and finance.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop capital and operating budgets, including P&L performance.
  • Oversee the development of business tools and processes.
  • Program manages a high volume of initiatives.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, architecture, finance, and business administration. Master’s/MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive corporate real estate experience.
  • Strong leadership experience with superior relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead complex projects across regions with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in program management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
