About the Position:

TJFACT is seeking a dynamic Executive Project Director to support the Department of Education (DOE), Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) through our RTI Team.

Based on pending vaccination mandated legislation, we recommend employees are vaccinated prior to working for TJFACT.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directs and integrates the activities of multiple projects; ensures that project efforts are generally cohesive, consistent, and effective in supporting the mission, goals, and project plan.
• Manages and administers team of professional/technical support staff.
• Manages the working relationships between project leadership, administration, business and operational stakeholders, and high-level external constituencies.
• Responsible for three large events annually, managing travel, lodging, etc

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
• 15+ years of relevant experience in conference and event planning
• Knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and per diem rates
• Demonstrated ability to successfully direct, coordinate, and strategically integrate multiple projects at once.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Government related experience preferred
