ASM Sports Group was Co-Founded by golfing legend Ernie Els in 2018. We believe in providing opportunities to every athlete in the world, allowing our athletes to reach their sporting dreams and full potential.

We do this by creating pathways for student athletes to secure sport scholarships in the U.S. college system via our ASM Scholarships brand and then work with our athletes to provide support via our sports management division at ASM Sports Group. Our sports agents look to connect our athletes to all the opportunities necessary so they can reach their full potential.

Since 2018 we have placed over 3000+ student athletes within the Ivy League, NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA & CCCAA saving over $100,000,000 in tuition fees. Our agents have also grown an international team over 300+ global scouts helping us secure over 20 professional athletes to manage.

The agency core sports include golf, soccer, rugby, tennis, track and field, swimming and we are fast developing basketball, American football, baseball, field hockey, ice hockey, esports and 10 other sports.

Details for candidates applying who are Experience Sports Agents:

We are seeking a top-level Executive Sports Agent/scout with ideally five to ten years of experience and proven success in the industry. This is an opportunity to join a successful team that is known for its strong track record of top-tier sports management clients and solutions. Candidates ideally will have prior experience and a current client base portfolio, and an understanding of how a sports agent or scout role works. Experienced sports agents will receive higher base salary based of your experience and portfolio value.

Responsibilities:

• Manage your sports athletes
• Conduct initial assessments for college and pro athletes
• Build a global scout network to create a pipeline for future pro or college athletes
• Work with other executives on commercial agreements
• Look to grow ASM Sports Group entities via your client base
• Negotiate Pro and NIL commercial agreements for you clients
• Monitor and evaluate results of your team
• Be willing to travel to sporting events
• Willing to do whatever it takes to make your client successful
• Work with upper management to help grow your team and learn from our training programs
• Create content with your clients to help promote ASM and your branded agreements
• Build an effective college placement team or work with existing teams
• Daily management or your internal team
• Work from ASM HQ in West Palm Beach

Base pay from $150,000+ commissions rates 10-30%

Details for less than 5 years experience:

If you have less than 5 years experience but have worked in sports or have a sports network and you are looking to get into the sport industry we will consider your application for our scout director role. Scouts directors focus on college recruitment services and help sports agent identify talent for professional representation. This role is a great way for someone to get into sports and build networks, relationships and a pipeline of future talent. At the same time our team will training you so you can become a full service sports agent.

Responsibilities:

• Manage your college prospect athletes
• Conduct initial assessments for college athletes
• Work with your team leader
• Recruit athlete for college placement in 26 sports
• Be willing to travel to sporting events

• Willing to do whatever it takes to become successful
• Willingness to develop in multiple sports, and training via our programs
• Build a network among college coaches for placement of your clients

• Work with team members across ASM networks
• Preferable been a former college athlete
• Have a bachelor degree
• Work from ASM HQ in West Palm Beach

Base pay from $30,000 + commissions rates 10%
