We currently have an opening for an Automotive Office Manager for our Coral Gables location. We offer our employees a dynamic work environment with training opportunities and strong salary potentials. Our ideal candidate will be extremely organized, and task-oriented with at least 5 years of experience at a successful automotive dealership.

Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage accounting staff including Billing, Accounting, License and title, Payroll
- Review current and suggest improvement for compliance with internal controls, government regulations and manufacturer programs
- Review financial statements and schedules, work with accounting staff to keep records accurate and current
- Work with department managers to assist in running our business and maximizing profitability
Qualifications
- Prior automotive dealership Office Manager or Controller experience
- Experience with dealership accounting systems
- Proven experience leading an accounting team
- Experience with manufacturer compliance and financial statement submission
- Strong communication, leadership, training and organizational skills
- Integrity and loyalty and a long term commitment to help us grow our business
- Accounting degree or business equivalent
- Valid drivers license, bondable, pass background check and screening
