Willis Automotive is looking for Automotive Technicians with a minimum of at least 2 years experience fully diagnosing and repairing vehicles!!

What we need from you:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; post secondary training program strongly preferred
• ASE certification preferred (continuing certification available)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured
• Working knowledge of proper use of hand tools
• Ability to demonstrate above-average mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Essential Functions:

• Diagnose mechanical problems using computerized diagnostic equipment
• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Test parts and systems to ensure proper functionality using testing equipment and road-tests
• Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, performing tune-ups, checking fluid levels and rotating tires; replace or repair worn parts, including brake pads and wheel bearings using common hand tools.
• Disassemble and reassemble parts
• Complete all associated records and reports timely and accurately

Working & Physical Conditions:

• This position requires the technician to stand eight hours per shift. He/she will stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle and feel frequently. He/she will operate hand and power tools. He/she will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials.
• Exerts 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, 25-50 pounds of force frequently and 10-20 pounds of force constantly.
