Primary Objectives.

  • Mud Room Technicians, of all levels, receive the skills training they need to achieve their primary objectives.

  • Customers know what to expect from their dog’s appointment and receive clear communication about how the appointment went.
  • Dogs leave their appointments safe, happy, clean, and well-groomed.

  • Dogs receive customized care for their individual needs.

Job Details.

  • Hours and location. This position is a full-time, hourly position in the Mud Room.
  • Primary Team. As part of the Mud Room Team, this position reports to the Assistant Service Manager.
  • The Mud Room Technician Lead compensation falls within the pay range that applies to other MRT Lead positions and depends on qualifications, experience, proficiency, and work location. The wage range for this position is between $27.15 to $30.40 per hour. This position is eligible for tips.
  • Must be willing to occasionally work in other Mud Rooms within designated primary work location.
  • Benefits.
