Offering competitive rates and benefits for EXPERIENCED Front Desk Medical Receptionist with experience in Primary Care Medicine, Geriatrics, and Palliative Care and Insurance Verification.

Job Requirements:

• MUST be fully bilingual in Spanish and English
• MUST have Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in either Primary Care Medicine preferable
• Excellent patient care skills and social perceptiveness towards patients.
• Ability to show kindness and empathy towards all patients, demonstrating the ability to listen and respond calmly, respectfully and treat patients with dignity
• Strong organizational skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is needed (MS Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Insurance Verification experience REQUIRED
• Experience with Athena Health beneficial but not required
• Ability to determine patients financial responsibility REQUIRED
• Ability to determine patient insurance benefits REQUIRED
• STRONG typing skills
• Must be punctual, and responsible
• Able to work independently after training
• Works well with others in team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.00 - $16.00 per hour
