Duties & Responsibilities:
- Adhere to current rules and regulations related to plumbing.
Install new plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, electric and gas water heaters including tankless water heaters.
- Follow building plans and blueprints.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used
Required Experience:
- 5 or more years of verifiable experience as a plumbing technician.
- Valid drivers license: No DUI convictions or license suspensions within 5 years.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade.
- Must have own tools.
