EXPERIENCED RESERVATIONIST

Glass Casa Vacation Rentals

Glass Casa is looking for full-time, long-term, dedicated employees who want to grow with the company and are willing to work as a team. Every employee at Glass Casa is cross-trained and supports other staff when needed. Each day brings a new challenge, and our staff is expected to meet the needs of our owners and guests while working together to maintain a professional, friendly environment.

As part of our team, you will answer phones and emails, assisting customers in booking suitable reservations at one of our various properties. Accurately record customer information, including payment information, and advise customers on available upgrades or specials that may enhance their experience with us. Our ideal candidate has impeccable phone and email manners, strong communication and customer service skills, and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

· Offer highest level of customer service to both internal and external clients

· Receives and directs incoming calls

· Administrative and clerical tasks as assigned

· Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details

· Communicate with guests and/or potential guest inquires.

· Assists in providing general hospitality services

Qualifications:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· High standards of customer service

· Organizational and time management skills

· Great team player

· Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations

· Strong computer proficiency and email communication skills

· HS Diploma or GED required

· Attention to detail and the ability to resolve customer issues

· Requires ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the needs of the customer

· Perform other related roles and responsibilities as assigned or required.

· Minimum of one year(s) related experience (e.g. Hospitality or Guest Services)
