The Experienced Recruiter is responsible for successfully hiring the best possible talent for open positions within the company. This individual will work with the HR team to develop recruitment plans for specific roles, using traditional sourcing strategies as well as finding creative ideas to fulfill open positions.

Essential Duties:
  • Work closely with the Human Resources team to strategize and implement position-specific recruitment campaigns, with the intent to build strong candidate pipelines to fill openings
  • Source candidates for various contact center roles creatively and cost-effectively
  • Research and recommend new sources for recruiting candidates
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leads for current and future positions
  • Screen applicant resumes and applications, perform phone and in-person interviews and make referral recommendations
  • Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions
  • Conduct phone screening, skills testing, office interviews, reference checks and background investigations
  • Ensure that all recruiting is conducted within legal parameters
  • Actively network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
  • Stays current on market trends, assigned skill sets, and understands emerging technologies
  • Ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
  • Follows up with both candidate and operations to ensure successful start during first week
Qualifications: ยท
  • High School Diploma/GED required; higher education a plus
  • Must have recruiting experience
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System for all recruitment purposes required
  • Experience with Newton preferred
  • 1 year call center experience with a minimum of six months of leadership experience (not call center related)
  • Possess strong customer service and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be highly organized, able to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple projects, possess strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and spreadsheet skills
  • Excellent communication and verbal skills
  • Maintain a high level of flexibility and responsiveness
  • Proven ability to communicate results in a clear, concise manner.
