Lendio’s Testing and Optimization program is expanding and looking for excellent talent to help us run more experiments and optimize business processes and flows. Looking for someone who is curious and has an appetite to continually improve our small business owner’s journey to fund their businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the business experimentation process with stakeholders, test ideation, development, test setup, results and recommendations
- Look for opportunities throughout the customer journey using qualitative and quantitative data to develop optimization strategies
- Guide product and marketing teams determine high-value segmentation and which metrics to quantify experimentation
- Communicate high-level analysis of experimentation impact and provide recommendations on continual improvements to stakeholders
- Document all experiments and learnings from quantitative analysis in repository for global knowledge shares
- Work closely with UX teams to design testable treatments to prove out improvement hypotheses
- Follow the content creation process, work closely with stakeholders validate expected experiences for their channels or stacks
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience managing and working CRO teams, growth teams or product teams.
- 3-5 years of experience using and collecting data from optimization platforms, Adobe Target, Optimizley, Google Optimize etc.
- 2-3 years of experience with data visualization, querying data, and compiling insights and communicating results, be able to tell the data story Extensive knowledge of Digital Analytics, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience using tools in a MarTech stack, including, but not limited to Hubspot, Wordpress, Fullstory, Qualaroo etc.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or strategic brand communication.
