As an Express Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them with their maintenance service needs and building long-term relationships. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of vehicles and stay up to date with the latest automotive technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their service needs
• Communicate effectively with customers and technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
• Provide customers with accurate and transparent service estimates
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Continuously update product and service knowledge
