Lollicup® USA, Inc., headquartered in Chino, CA, is the manufacturer of Karat® food disposable goods and TeaZone® beverage products, the distributor of other leading brands' coffee & tea ingredients, & specializes in custom print and innovative packaging. Job Duties

·Adjust, calibrate, and test equipment at the beginning of every shift to ensure proper pressure, speed, temperature, and general operation. Change screen filters. Operate cranes, move rolls.

·Examine visually, weigh, and measure components created from equipment at the end of the week to ensure machines are producing according to company and industry regulations and standards, adjusting as needed. Read and understand a work order/ item specification sheet and follow the instructions as printed

·Work with team members, shift supervisors, and all necessary personnel to take care of complications as they arise.

·Communicate with fellow team members to learn of any equipment problems or malfunctions and take care of them as they come up.

·Use regulated cleaning solutions, grease guns, oil cans, air hoses, and cleaning cloths to properly maintain and clean equipment, maintain oil levels, and vacuum checks.

·Make repairs to equipment when necessary, and replace all defective, broken or worn-out components. Be prepared to access machine parts that may require to become dirty

·Choose and install cutters, molds, and all other necessary equipment parts so machines are always operating at peak efficiency.

COMPENSATION:

Up to $17/hour DOE. Health/Dental/Vision benefits are available after passing a three-month probation period. 401(k) available after the first year.
