MAINTENANCE MECHAINIC (FAB CREW) LEAD
Department: Maintenance
Reports to: Sheldon Jackson
Shift: Days
Summary Description:
Perform routine and emergency repair work to equipment and machinery. Assure operations
meet production requirements and quality specifications. Lead Person must be able to perform all jobs in
his/her assigned area of responsibility in accordance with plant POG procedures. Lead Person will have
knowledge of the company policies and procedures. Perform all assigned tasks while ensuring safety
quality and productivity.
Essential Job Functions / Duties:
- Perform all duties in a safe manner consistent with company Policy & Procedures and safety
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment.
- Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned or needed by management.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Perform emergency repairs as needed.
- Monitor and inspect equipment / machinery for mechanical soundness and make required and
