Job description
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors
- Provide direction and assistance for patients
- Inspect all facility fire extinguishers monthly
- Maintain traffic control of clinic patients, visitors and others
- Assist patients with elevator service
- Assist seating of patients and family
- Receive parcels and facilitates delivery to the various departments
- Assist with Emergency protocol (911)
- Handle fire safety equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Bilingual in English/Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Training in FDNY fire and emergency safety protocols preferred
- Customer relations experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $35,000.00 - 36,000.00 per year
