AKON Inc. is seeking a unique Facility/Front Office Maintenance Technician who is well versed with needs that arise in a manufacturing facility from front-office to back-office (Assembly/Production). The ideal candidate would be handy, innovative, and able to resolve problems that arise. Someone who is dependable, and well versed in an office/manufacturing environment. Someone who is hands-on when it comes to facility type equipments, machinery, while having technical skills to set up office pc’s, copiers, and conference room equipment. They should possess good computer skills to be able to research and resolve issues that arise. They should know their way around Grainger, Home Depot, Lowes and other commercial distributors for resolving business needs and requirements. They would be able to replace light fixtures, tubing for water dispensers, install fire extinguishers, set up shelving for various departments, brace them against the wall. Should be able to lift, move, organize, set up, and keep a good safe working environment. Patch any holes, touch up paint. Someone who can set up a conference room, connect IT pcs, and have good technical skills. Excellent verbal, written and computer skills are needed while having a keen eye to detail and performing clean professional work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
