A software company located in Chicago, IL is seeking an organized Facilities Coordinator to join their team. The Facilities Coordinator will provide comprehensive support for the office as a whole and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. Responsibilities will also include managing and maintaining the office pantry, records, and documents, ordering supplies, and acting as a liaison for vendors and maintenance personnel. The salary for this role is $45k-50k/yr.

Responsibilities of the Facilities Coordinator:

· Provide front desk reception support by fielding and routing calls and greeting guests

· Manage office inventory, order food, and restock the kitchen

· Maintain and update office records and documents

· Liaise with clients, guests, and vendors in a professional manner

· Additional tasks and projects as needed

Requirements of the Facilities Coordinator:

· Bachelor’s degree required

· 2+ years’ experience in administrative or office support

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
