We are seeking a *Full-time* facilities manager to oversee multiple sites and maintain industrial parks in Philly/NJ area and an Office Park in Allentown PA. *The ideal candidate would be a *_*self-sufficient *_*person who takes pre-emptive measures have knowledge and experience who has worked in an industrial park* and has knowledge with repairs such as doorknobs, locks, painting, electrical and plumbing issues as well as mechanical knowledge of pumps, engines, and fire sprinkler systems *Candidate must have a reliable vehicle to be able to travel to other sites and Allentown PA* *This is a 8-5 job must be on call on 24 hour to provide assitance in case of emergency by contacting an approved vendor or show up on site if needed * *Company reimburse Milage, Gas and Tolls* *Basic Function *- This position is involved with facility maintenance duties and customer interface. Previous experience is required in all positions. Other duties may include equipment service and general housekeeping tasks. Responsibilities: * _*Check daily pump rooms, generators, fuel tanks*_ * _*Keep records for fire sprinkler, fire Alarm, extingushers inspections and schedule inspection as needed*_ * _*Maintain work orders logs and follow up with Vendors*_ * _*keep logs and recors of tenant concerns and issues if and how they are resolved*_ * _Keep daily, weekly, monthly and annual logs for fire systems and inspection as required by municipalty_ * Walk property daily to note and correct any maintenance problems. * Sweep and pick up around the entrances and exits to the park and surrounding areas. * Touch up Paint any and all areas of the facility as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all painted surfaces such as poles, signs, doors, walls, curbs, islands, gates, etc. are properly maintained and look neat and clean. * Replace burned-out bulbs. * Repair door and locks as needed * Fix leaky faucets and unclog toilets when needed * Submit requests for repairs or maintenance. * Keep an inventory of janitorial supplies. * Perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter, and debris is removed from all areas of the facility using brooms, mops, brushes, and other hand tools. * Report any unknown, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager in a timely manner. * *Resolve customer complaints independently or with contacting an appproved vendor* * Maintain a neat and clean appearance and arrive and remain complete uniform before and during scheduled shifts. * Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $46,000.00 per year
