Hill International is seeking a Facilities Project Manager in Los Angeles, California

• Responsible for the managerial oversight, administration, and coordination of the construction process through final construction of multiple projects
• Coordination of contractors on building project
• Supervision of on/offsite Quality Assurance
• Resolve field issues in cooperation with Design Engineers
• Lead weekly progress and coordination meetings
• Assist in CPM schedule reviews/updates
• Manage project correspondence and change order review(s)
• Daily & weekly reporting
• Risk Management
• Closeout and Commissioning Coordination

• Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Project Management
• Ability to manage multiple projects throughout Southern CA
• Willing to travel throughout Southern CA to project sites when needed
• Four-year college degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field preferred
• Knowledge of all parts of the project life cycle, to include master planning, design, and closeout
• Full Covid-19 vaccination is recommended. Mandatory vaccinations and proof of vaccination are subject to client requirements, federal, state or local law.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - 180,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
