Abundant Solutions is now hiring for a Facility and Mechanical Maintenance position in Garland, Tx area.Pay: $20/hr
Hours: 5am-2pm
Day: Monday- Friday
Plus Overtime and weekends
Responsabilities
- Perform mechanical/electrical repairs to facility including lighting, electrical panels, plumbing and building repair.
- Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting technical responsibilities on stamping press, brake press, powder coating system, laser, automated tunnel press, compressors and other general manufacturing equipment.
- Repair on mechanical and electrical controls, PLC, pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic applications.
- Repair and preventative maintenance on forklift and assorted material handling equipment.
- ยท Minimum of 5 years experience as a maintenance mechanic preferable ia n manufacturing plant performing maintenance on machines such as brake press, lasers, stamping and forklift.
- Ability to use hand trucks, forklifts, lift trucks and ladders
- Working knowledge of hand tools, scales, rulers, and micrometers
- Familiar with electricity AC and DC
- Carpentry Skills
- Must be able to read and understand repair manuals and drawings.
- Ability to analyze problems and initiate repairs.
- Read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
