The Life Skills Coach will oversee the students’ participation in the Group Studies for New Life, and Personal Studies for New Life discipleship program as it fits into the overall mission and vision of the Teen Challenge program.

The Life Skills Coach will oversee the students’ participation in the Group Studies for New Life, and Personal Studies for New Life discipleship program as it fits into the overall mission and vision of the Teen Challenge program.
Responsibilities:
- The teaching of the Group Studies curriculum.
- Monitor and document student progress in Sober Peer.
- Bi-weekly meetings with each student.
- Documentation of all meetings with students and parents in Sober Peer.
- Assist the Campus Pastor in the spiritual development of the students.
- All other duties as assigned as necessary for successfully completing the Teen Challenge Program.
- Subsidized housing is offered (based on availability).
- Subsidized Medical and Supplemental Insurance offered.
- Sick, Vacation, and Paid Time off available (after the probationary period).
- High School Diploma or GED, College Degree Preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- All applicants will be background checked.
- Mature and Godly character.
- TC Graduates must have been out of Teen Challenge for at least 12 months.
- Amiable to the Assembly of God doctrine.
- In full agreement with the Teen Challenge Mission Statement.
- Must be a person of good character whose integrity is above reproach.
- The Life Skills Coach must be a person of stable, sound judgment and possess spiritual qualities such as the patience needed to work with residents from various family backgrounds.
