Looking for a licensed Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) join our team full-time in Chicago, IL!

Under the general supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, the Family Practice Physician provides comprehensive and high-quality primary care services to underserved diverse communities. Serves as a consultant to clinical management regarding clinical goals and services. Manage patient care in collaboration with other clinical staff and members of the care team. Leverages industry knowledge and best practices to promote the mission and vision of Medical Department and the organization as well as supports the culture development and management efforts.

Requirements:

· Board-certified/Board-eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine (or another approved specialty)

· Current and valid Illinois license as a physician and surgeon

· Current and valid DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate
