Our Community Health Center is actively recruiting for a Family Medicine Physician in Council Bluffs, IA.

Practice Details:

• Clinic Hours: Mon – Thurs 8A – 7P, Friday 8A – 5PM, Saturday 8A-12P
• Evening or weekends: 1 late night and rotation of ½ day on Saturday (once every 6+ weeks)
• Schedule: 34 direct patient care hours, 6 indirect care hours
• Patients: 16-20/day; 20 min appts
• Number of Exam Rooms for position: 3
• Current Staff: 1.5 MA and 0.5 RN (the RN floats between two providers)
• Call: Rotation is 1 week at a time amongst providers, only via phone

• Loan Repayment eligible: Up to $50,000 for 2 years of service
• Contract Length: 2 years initial, 1 year successive

• EHR: Next Gen – will be transitioning to EPIC along with all the other Iowa HC’s
