We're in need of experienced and motivated farm laborers to help plant, harvest, or otherwise manage our vegitation. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work well with others. Our farm laborers will be working in an indoor environment with varying temperatures from HOT to COLD and will be required to frequently lift heavy items, so we're looking for reliable, strong and calm workers who are capable of working quickly as well as diligently.

This is an opportunity to help with the scaling of one of the most exciting companies in the world. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to work, creative, motivated & intellectually curious.

Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and rotating weekends.

Job Duties

• Wear employer-specified protective gear, including gloves, face/eye shields, aprons, boots, etc. some of which to be supplied by the employer).
• Utilizing chemical cleaning solution (with protective gear).
• Perform varying tasks while standing, lifting, bending, etc. during long periods.
• Performs a variety of general and routine tasks with supervision.
• All team members will have basic knowledge of tasks needed to be complete.
• Rotational weekend work
• Packing product into appropriate containers using the specifications and standards as defined by quality.
• Sorting through products to get best quality or decide if poorer quality needs to be reviewed by the Quality Team.
• All other tasks assigned by your Supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months – 2 years of experience working within food production and/or warehousing environment.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak basic English.
• Availability to work weekends is a must.
• Ability to respect and maintain confidential information.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in cold & hot environments

Schedule

• Day-5:45 AM-6:15 PM (2-2-3 shift)
• Night-5:45 PM-6:15 AM (2-2-3 shift)
• Must work rotating weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
