  Always operate equipment in a safe manner.
• Perform loading, unloading, and timely delivery of material to assigned/approved destination.
• Serve as a company ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public.
• Conduct daily inspections and perform preventative maintenance on the equipment.
• Perform shop clean up, maintenance, and equipment/tools setup.
• Maintain operation records.

• 
  Communication skills – verbal and written.
• Ability to operate heavy or agricultural equipment in a safe manner.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions.

• 
  High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid Drivers’ License
• Minimum 1 years of farm and heavy equipment operator work experience preferred
• Clean MVR

  Sitting, Climbing, Balancing, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Feeling, lifting to 50 lbs., Talking, Hearing, and Seeing
• The employee is subject to confined spaces.
• The employee is subject to outside environmental conditions: No effective protection from the weather.
• The employee is subject to atmospheric conditions.
• The employee is subject to hazards: Including a variety of physical conditions such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, and exposure to high heat or exposure to bio-solids.
• This position requires overtime.
