FIELD APPOINTMENT SCHEDULERS

Pay is $20.00 an hour plus generous performance-based incentives

Opportunity for total annual earnings of $50,000 to $75,000

AqualiteUS is the leader in water treatment purification systems. We have been in business for 30 years and are expanding our operations. We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals to join our Field Appointment Setters Team.

We are looking for outgoing individuals to canvass around local neighborhoods, actively greeting homeowners and welcoming them to the neighborhood (this is a fun, team-oriented position talking to people at their homes). You will offer new and existing homeowners our promotional offer for free water tests focusing on the quality of water in their homes, scheduling an in-home appointment for our water technicians.

Responsibilities:

You will book water treatment system sales appointments. You must be an excellent communicator with a friendly and knowledgeable conversation style.

· Deal courteously and professionally with customers, always with high standards of personal conduct and business ethics, while demonstrating professional sales methods per company policy

· Complete all required training courses

· You must own or have access to an automobile or other reasonable and appropriate transportation. Maintain such transportation to get to the AqualiteUS office to meet the team and go out to the field together in our company van.

· Bring a positive attitude to the team every day. Interact with other teammates to create that fun atmosphere in the team van. Propose ideas to others to improve at the door with the homeowner.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Excellent Communication skills

· Sales Experience is preferred

· Reliable transportation, driver’s license and ability to pass a background check is required

· Ability to walk and work outside in various weather conditions. Badges and permits provided as required by local ordinances.

· Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to homeowners

· Ability to give and receive feedback on job performance and customer interactions from peers and managers

· Strong interpersonal skills with customers and co-workers

Compensation: Pay is $20.00 an hour plus generous performance-based incentives on the appoinments sold. Opportunity for increased earnings based on performance. Training is provided.
