Role Purpose
The Field Marketing Associate Manager is a digital marketer that is responsible for strategic execution of hotel-level marketing strategies and initiatives for our managed and franchised hotels.
Key Accountabilities

Work alongside Advisory Services manager to build customized annual strategic and tactical marketing plans for each property focused on driving incremental, profitable revenue and meet the business targets of the individual properties

Execute and deliver marketing activities for the market and individual properties, working closely with the Advisory Services manager, Digital Marketing teams with Global Marketing Shared Services and Field Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, agencies, and other market-specific teams

Coordinate with Global Marketing to localize and amplify above-property campaigns to drive individual property performance

Assist in the end-to-end delivery of hotel-level marketing campaigns, including coordination with IHG agency partners for creative assets5.Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics with the ability to immediately identify and share results with the Advisory Services manager; design test strategies to optimize results

Work with internal Digital marketing teams and IHG agencies to coordinate hotel paid media

Write and review copy for IHG websites and social media channels

Execute updates to content and photography on all hotel channels to optimize performance

Support Global Marketing teams with local market information, knowledge, and expertise to effectively drive Marketing initiatives in the AMER region

Maintain digital media best practices, trends, and tools

Benchmark digital activities against those of our peers in the industry; improve digital marketing strategy and tactics to “get ahead of the curve”
